Membership:
Membership is our preferred model as this allows a truly collaborative approach to healthcare
$350 initial comprehensive medical visit
- $110 monthly fee for ages 22 and above, $80 monthly fee for age 18-21 and
$55 monthly fee for age 17 and under which will include - Up to six 30 minute visits per year (2 can be combined for a 60 minute visit)
- Unlimited messaging with your doctor
- Annual body composition analysis
- 15% discount on supplements at our vitamin store or through Fullscripts
- Discounted membership to the Clinton Wellness Center
- Highly discounted rates for group medical visits (eg weight loss, perimenopause/postmenopause)
- Additional visits can be made at $150 per 30 minutes
Consultation:
If you are unsure if membership is right for you, you can book a consultation and up to one 30 minute follow up appointment. If you decide to join, your follow up visit payment will cover the first 2 months of your membership
- $425 for 60 minute comprehensive consult
